+ tint - waiting on tires

50% for the front doors, 35% for the rest (VA state law).

Went to pick up a set of used tires for the wheels Thursday, but the guy sold his last set of 205 50 16s before i could get there. Traffic was terrible that day. He's going to call me when he gets another set in, sometime this week.

Tint was done by a couple of brothers who work at a tint shop locally, but work out of their garage on the weekends. $100

Once I finish cleaning out the shed & selling a bunch of collected parts, I'll have some money to pick up a set of springs & Hella lights.

Haven't had the time to get back to the PickNPull, I should make it back there this week to see if anything new popped up.

It's an automatic, but it's only a daily driver until my project car gets finished.
I'm debating on having the tail lights professionally tinted (by paint) by a local shop. I need to figure out how to remove all 4 first.

icic yeah same here mine is AT too.. you know what as much as its just my DD, i love this car.. handles well and the v6 has a lot of power compared to my jdm 91 integ DA, dont get me wrong the DA is fast for a 4 banger, but compared to my v6 camry.. there is a difference in acceleration..

if you gonna tint the tail lights i sugest you dont go to dark.. most cops like to pull over people for that, well atleast here in cali..

Funny thing is, I've always wanted a Camry in this body style. I really wanted the 4cyl 5-speed, but couldn't find one when I needed a car. I really enjoy driving it, and hope to make a few more changes just to set it apart.

yeah its enjoyable for me since i put a system and some hids on it..

if you have the time and money to look for a % speed swap that will get your mind set on making it another project car lolz.. some people told me a solara tranny or a mr2 can swap right in with some little fabrication and modifying..

Very clean Camry for sure! How many miles? Looks like it was garage kept.
Someone near me has a super clean DX V6 in the same color with 110k + miles.

I just truned 190,000 last week. It was a south Florida car, bought it from a guy in Richmond. I'm pretty sure it's been garage kept, but the paint has some 'sunburn' where it's pretty worn, especially the mirrors. I think the clear coat is almost gone on them. I'm probably going to paint the mirrors black if I can't find a powered set in the junkyard.
I wish it were garage kept now, but the 2 car garage is reserved for my 84 Volvo 240 turbo wagon (project car - adding a bigger intercooler, 3" turbo back exhaust, newer intake/exhaust mani & a manual boost controller) and our Honda S2000.
