I've done this before. Just get yourself a wooden baseball bat. Jack the car up so that the bat will fit between the tire and the wheel well edge. Then star rolling back and forth and slowly lowering the handle end of the bat as the metal stretches. You may have to lower the car a little on the jack as the fender flares more. Just make sure you take the bat out when you let the car down, or it will put a little kink in the edge. This will work the best if you plan on painting the car, they you don't have to worry about the paint. If you aren't painting then you will have to take more care not to scratch anything.
