Just Curious
Hi again guys;
i noticed that my car's spark plug wires has an odd ball. the number 3 cyl's plug wire is different, both in color (others are black & it's red) and thicker gauge wire. i was just wondering what effect that would have on my engine.... i put my ear near the tail pipe with the engine running and i could hear puffing sounds... and from what i recall in automotive class, that means misfiring or a dead cylinder.... bigger the gauge wire the less resistance... but i'm still curious... will this different plug wire affect how the engine operates ?? ?
