Swapping parts between camrys.
Well long story short, my beloved silver sv21 CS camry is considered a write off and not really getting enough money from insurance to get something as reliable and sturdy. (bonnet, apron, windscreen, bumper and bonnet lock are gone, the radiator bracket is a bit bent and some damage to the roof when the bonnet flipped up going on the motor way)
so tonight i had a brain storm, what if i pick up another camry, same year/model as mine, and just swap stuff over??
As in the tyres (which are easy enough) and the tinted windows...
now... how easy is it to transfer/replace the side and back windows?
This would save buying the car back off insurance then getting it fixed, meaning we would be a couple hundred out of pocket, but was thinking if i go the option of buying another camry and transfering stuff over, would end up making money.
