90 Camry headlights

Does anybody make a aftermarket headlight for Gen 2 (1990) Camry? I do alot of headlight retros and I need a set of Clear lenses headlight for my HID projector project. Or a site where I can get a set of real JDM headlights(new or used) with the built in fogs?
THANKS IN ADVANCE

I appreciate you are trying to do it the right way! A few of us in here spend a fair amount of time working to convince people that re-based bulbs in the stock housing are a bad idea. I assume you are also on HIDplanet?

Sadly though, there are no aftermarket headlights for the gen2 Camry that anybody here has found.

JDM and Austrailian lights have the extra inner bulb, but they are actually driving lights with a spot pattern and lots of glare. They are great as supliments to the high beams, but not around town. I don't know of a good source for them - I got mine used from another board member. You need the matching corner lights, grill and nose piece of you want to do the conversion.

You probably want the JDM headlights and the bumper, right?

I can't wait to get the bumper painted and put on... I also have a Euro factory lip spoiler and carbon fiber hood that will be going on the car.

Pull off a "real" HID projector retrofit on a Gen2 and I think you'd be a legend on this board.
Just out of curiosity, what projectors did you find to fit in there?

At the moment I have an extra set of FX35 Bi-xenon projectors. My first retro job was 350Z projectors on my 86 300ZX turbo. Next was a TSX projector on my daughter's 95 Camry until she totaled it last June. my resent project is FX 35 projectors on my 91 Golf with 7" rounds. My son is working on Dual Bi-xenon projectors on his 04 G35 coupe. If I could just find some clear lense lights I would be golden. I might just measure our headlights and see if I can find some other model car with the same or close to the same size. Modifying bracket on the inside is simple or I can fabricate some with fiberglass just like I did on my 300zx.
Here is my Z with lights on

And he is my Golf set-up

Pictures don't work! A HID retrofit would be a tremendous upgrade over the puny 9004 bulbs!

Pics work. You could have a glassmaker crack an original housing open and take measurements and reproduce a lens. Call an aftermarket housing specialist. They may be able to reproduce a lens like they would normally by changing the molds.

Have some faith people. A few years ago I brought forth a group buy on a Gen 2 specific coilover kit. I'm currently working on setting that up for possibly a clear glass replacement for our headlights.

I've always wanted to know if there were projector lights for the gen2.
Even getting a set for another car and retrofit them into the existing headlights.
Just had a quick look on ebay, found a few that could possibly work out with a bit of handy work.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/METAL-PROJECT...3%3A1|294%3A50

^^ that one would be the easiest to fit as they are just the projectors.

Retrofitting is useless without a clear lens for the beam to go through. I wouldn't use those eBay projectors either, as OEM projectors from the TSX, S2000, etc. are way better and popular.

the headlights on the golf are FK clears. The lens are clear glass and the inner lights are clear high beams.
