What to replace ?

The last time i carried out a plug change, i saw that the threaded section of one of the spark plugs was wet with motor oil... tho the actual tip was not. The car doesnt smoke any at all, so i doubt it's valve seals, maybe it's a worn valve guide ??

Tighten your spark plug seals (on the valve cover where the spark plugs go into).

Will this always work? I;ve noticed there's a bit of oil in cylinder 4, so i guess i'll try that before putting new seals in. If it tighten it, will i have any trouble removing it in the future?

That's the solution that I often see for this problem. The tube seal is like a nut so unless you strip it or use the hand of God to tighten it, there shouldn't be any trouble removing it later on.

Would it be possible for the tube to tighten instead (crushing steel tube further into aluminium head) of the nut or when removing, start unscrewing the tube instead of the hex nut?

The actual tube itself can only be fully seen with the valve cover off. So, the only way is to srew the hex nut when you remove. You can try tightening the nut first and see if it helps. If it doesn't it'll probably be the tube that's the culprit...Mine has the same problem, I haven't gone back to check yet but I'll have to do that soon.
