Hello all my Compressor decided it wanted to make loud noises while it's working..

So I am going to replace the compressor and get rid of all the precious R12 ..
Anyhow where are you guys getting your new/reman compressors? The auto parts stores are wanting almost 400. Anyhow I have all the equipment to do this job correctly.. Just curious if anyone is using the ebay reman compressors...

i was debating whether to do this cause my compressor took a crap too

Well I suppose I'll grab one and try it out eh? The only thing I gotta pay for it the compressor and the fittings oh and the drier of course.

The oils, flush, and r134 I can get for free at work. I'll be doing this probably next month. JMS i'll let ya know how it goes brother


EDIT: also WTB driver gray auto seat belt. Mine was cut somehow by something and need to replace it soon.. Thanks

Alright guys I have ordered Compressor, expansion valve, drier, O rings, Lubricant, Flush, from what seems to be a good company when it gets here I will take pictures and will post results after installation.
