Man, I'm really sorry to hear that. What a PITA, after all that work you did. I guess LA is a pretty likely place to have overheating problems, though.

Not with the 'great' weather we've been having recently. Its been more like Seattle than LA... (ok, the last few days have been sunny and mild though!)

just get it drivable. your car according to epa qualifies for cash for clunkers. get 3,500 or 4500 toward a new car.
my 90, however, is not. go figure. epa says i get 19 combined. ugh.

E52 tranny is what you're after. I say grab another motor and build it while it's out the car. Now's a great time to learn so you don't have to pay others to do your work.

okay so i found a complete engine for $400 from YLM motors... its a JDM imported motor.... low miles (70-80k on it)

one bad thing.. they guy says that the part where the AC goes is cracked and the AC will not work!!!! its gonna be hot in the future and would love to have AC.. but im in desperate needs of my camry working again....

is there any way of fixing or swaping a part from my old block to fix this problem???

otherwise $400 is good enough for me to swap it

PLEASE NEED INPUT!! thanks

So sorry to hear about the news man

Wonder how much to have your wheels sent to australia haha! (or the interior for that matter)

I think we need more info on what part is cracked in relation to the AC; so we have a better picture of the situation

If it is a JDM gen2 Camry V6, it is a 2.0L motor (a 1vz-fe, not 2vz-fe). Find a US motor if you can.
