Is this a new brake master cylinder?

When I put my foot on the brakes (not hard braking) and hold them, the petal creeps a little toward the floor. No loss of brake fluid and all pads and liners are OK. It is most obvious when waiting to turn at a stop sign, etc. (Automatic trans, 3sfe, 1990 Camry base No ABS)

Sounds like a seal is dislodged, allowing fluid to pass after its initial 'bite'. I don't remember which one though, probably the piston.
