The circuit breaker for seat belt is affecting operation of BOTH belts, so the problem can be related to the common wire that goes into the driver's door.

Do these inspections:
a) Inspect this connector [left kick panel]

b) Check the ground wire in the driver's door;

don't leave car inattended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take out the power window master switch unplug it and check for continuity between the body metal and the large white wire with black tracer;
then check for the 12 v at blue wire with ignition on.

You will need to put (on)off(on) 15 A switch to control up and down window movement.

is this possible to do for all four windows.... or atleast the front two........ all on one switch..... or each on their own switch

also my shoulder belt is "stuck" in the open position..... i can deal with it being stuck.... only if it was in the closed position.... can i override it to get it closed some how......

with no power going to the switch at all..... and the wires all intact..... isnt it more than likley a fuse or relay that is causing my problem.....

if the seatbelt controller was affected some how wouldnt both belts quit working???

i would rather fix this than "patch it"..... but if i have to rig this up i will......

anyones opinion will be greatly appreticated
