LED Bulbs... Why So Many Problems??? - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Well as many as you know.. i converted my dash lights over to leds.. i bought the adapters that let you use a #194 bulb in the dash.. i got them off of ebay.. but it was a store that sold them on their own site too. well i bought 5 blue 194 led bulbs and 2 white 194 led bulbs.. well i need to know where to buy some that will not burn out! so far one of my dash bulbs went out. and one is starting to flicker a little. and one of my white led ones used in my corner marker lights also went out flickerd alot till it finally stopped working.. so any recommendations where to buy ones that wont burn out like leds are supposed to do?

Thank You Very Very Much Justin.. I Should Have Took My LED business there the first time.. the bulbs i bought are all junk ive had 2 go out in less than 4 months

Or try v-leds.com

I know some LED's need to have resistors wired up for them not to blow out/flicker.

anytime. Actually just got a set in the mail for the camry's dash. Ordered the little plug adapters and actually didnt need them. thats ok Ill use them for something else im sure

what model ones did you get?

http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini-wedge.html I used the one in the first catagory for the dash.. Nothing spectacular. my gauge cluster lights were actually burnt out. I used cool white. Not as bright as I expected but it does the job.

If you want even bright goto the 3rd catagory down and get those. They usually are real bright..
I haven't done nothing fancy with the camry but Ill still take a night pic tonight.
