Ventilation Outlet Control selector (select center or wideflow vent) does not work. This is a great item & I would like to fix it. The flap is down, closing off center vents. I am unsure how to remove vent if thats where I need to start. Any ideas on a fix? thanks

I have the same problem with mine, just hasn't made it to the top of the priority list yet. I planned to pull the stereo out and see what I can see. I expect to find a linkage that has come disconnected. If I get around to it I'll post and let you know what I find.

Seems to be a Common Problem, I have the same issue.

I pulled the radio out and there is no access from underneath. I even tried pulling out the glove box insert and couldn't get very close. Not sure it is worth any more effort than that, although I would like t have that work as well.
