1991 camry dx with a few problems

my 1991 camry has about 137k miles on it has recently developed some problems. when i first bought the car it ran great as can be and the a/c worked. well, this summer when i try to use the a/c i can feel the compressor kick in and the air tries to get cold for about 2-3 seconds then it cuts out and the a/c button starts blinking. second problem is that sometimes the car will run smooth with plenty of power and sometimes it will stumble/bog/hesitata under load. i have tried water remover and fuel system cleaners in the tank with no luck. i suspect it may be the fuel filter or a leaking distributor O ring. final problem is that the shifter will pop out of 5th gear if you let off the gas then press back on the gas. if you leave your foot on the staying around one steady speed then it is fine.

i love this car and want to fix the problems so i can continue enjoying so any help is much appreciated.

A/C system: You either have low refrigerant level, or a worn A/C clutch or something else wrong in the A/C system... just get it fixed (watch out, it might be expensive!!).

Bogging: You probably have a cracked ignition coil. Replace the coil and anything else you haven't replace recently in the ignition system (plugs, wires/cap, rotor).

5th gear: Check your motor mounts and shifter cables. If its not those things, you have an internal transmission problem (sadly).

Well I got the ac working. I replaced the front motor mount already but I can definately tell there are more that need to be replaced. I'm gonna replace the ignition parts with Toyota brand. I feel that part of the problem is coming from the seal leaking oil into the distributor cap. Does anyone know how much the igniter coil is?
