Does it run fine when cold, but starts missing once it's warmed-up?

Does it ever actually stall, or just stumble?

Does it do this in gear, in neutral, or both?

Did you replace the plug wires when you replaced the rotor and cap? Did you inspect the wires?

Give us a little more to go on and we should be able to throw some ideas at you. I recently had a similar problem and finally had to replace the plug wires--the squirrels had gotten in under the hood and were nibbling the coating off the wires on the rear bank (where I couldn't see them)...

It is always best when asking for help to include the current mileage on the car. It helps in giving a diagnosis.

My next thought would be the plug wires and the plugs themselves. After that I would check the coil. The coils on the first 3 generations of Camrys can cause problems after they have many miles on them. Weak coils can act up as they heat up. You will need a digital volt/ohmeter and the specs from any manual to do the checks. If you don't have a service manual you can download one for free over at the top of the Camry forum at AutomotiveForums.com. Also inspect the coil visually for hairline cracks. After that I would check fuel pressure. Weak fuel pumps are another thing that can cause problems when they heat up.
