Power window master switch connector: wire location

Power window master switch connector:
88 shown

The blue wire in the center is “hot” with ignition “on”
The white/blk wire below the blue one is the master ground wire.
If it is broken, all windows will be dead.
With all buttons on the switch in [off] position all green and all red wires are connected to the ground.
[ignore two thinner wires in the lower right corner]
With switch disconnected there suppose to be continuity between red and green wire in each corresponding pair [4 pairs total].
90 and 91 has 2 blue and 2 ground wires for redundancy

pull the switch out with conncor plugged in
turn ignition on see if you have 12 v between the blue wire and good ground
if yes, attach the alligator wire from white/blk wire terminal to the good ground[like run another ground. If it works now repair the ground wire
If no power on blue wire locate circuit breaker inside left kick panel and reset it by pushing pin into the hole[there are 2 breakers next to each oth] ;the owner's manual should tell you which is which.

Ok had the same problem and reset the breaker. That gave me back my door locks , my sun roof, power meres and the back passenger power window. But the rest of my windows wont work. I tested for ground. Ground is good. I tested for power. Power is good. I tested for continuity on all of the green and red wires and nothing. This is driving me nuts please help. 88 Camry all trac le

Are the windows working from their "local switches" [beside master switch]?

Unplug the master switch ad try another one, if windows still do not no work,
check the wires between each door switches and for continuity master switch for wire color go to www.camrystuff.com, electrical wiring diagram power windows

The master switch in "neutral position" must have continuity between Master ground terminal and each of the 6 terminals of the green or red wires
