Any spots to pass thin wires through?

Ok, I am planning to install a Fog Light Kit and I was wondering if I could pass the wires anywhere thru the car without having to bore a hole like I had to for the wires for my amplifier.

How many wires and how thick? If it's only a few and they're thin (like spaghetti) you can use the same hole the acclerator cable uses. Just unbolt the plates on both sides, or you could even drill holes into that plate.

If you already bore a hole through for your amplifier wires, you could use the same hole, or widen the same hole.
