Leaking water from automatic seatbelt

My car is leaking water from the top latch where the automatic seatbelt glides through on the driver side. It does this when it rains. Anyone think they would know a solution? My antenna housing right above the door is cracked. Would that be it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's a 91 DX. My camera's broken so I can't get photos at the moment.

The antenna is mounted on the left pillar? We don't have the automatic sliding seatbelt in CDN. models. If you could clarify, is the belt anchored on the door or the body?

It's anchored on the body.

I bet it's entering from the cracked antenna mount. If you could loosen it off wipe it clean use some silicone sealant and reattach it.

I will try that. I was thinking that was the problem too. I'll let you know if that works. Thanks
