Powersteering Leak.. Need some tips installation

hey guys its bumpnthump05 again.. i have recently gained a power steering leak on my car making the under carriage very messy. i am going to be fixing this by buying a gasket kit from Autozone for i think $12 for it. I am not very knowlageable about how to put the gaskets in and/or remove the pump. I was wanting to know if any of you other users could recommend any tips or suggestions for when i do this repair in the next week.....

You need to find if it leaks from the pump seal, pump backplate or high pressure hose. Hose usually breaks near the pump.
removal of the pump requires removal of rear crossmember

Start it on concrete(or any other hard flat surface) and see if it drips when idling. Then dry steer(turning the wheel full lock to full lock without moving) and see if the leak gets worse (or statrts), if it does, it may indicate the high pressure hose has a crack/s in it. Then try to guess where the leak is coming from by the drips (put some newspaper down if you don't like oil spots)

I actually fixed my power steering leak by running mostly transmission stop leak in the system. It was a pretty big leak too. There are no negative side effects, so its a safe bet to try. It's also a cheaper fix.

1991 V6 LE: I just discovered the high pressure hose leaking at 120,000 miles. Dealer has it and the part is ordered. If anyone is curious I'll report back what the job costs. The OEM part is still available from Toyota.
