Some weird noise when I...

Hey everyone, I have a 1988 Toyota Camry that I ended up fishtailing it into a rock wall on a gravel road a few weekends ago lol and Im getting this strange noise coming from the engine somewhere thoughI havn't bothered having a look at it yet.

It starts making the weird noise when Im at about 2500-3000rpms and only when I start to back off the accelerator in hot weather.. does'nt seem to do it when It's a bit cooler outside. If anyone has had this similar occurance and would like to share how to resolve it Id appreciate it.

Its probably a loose, bent or broken heat shield on the exhaust... Gravel/dirt roads will do that kind of stuff.

Hey Charlie, I'll have a look at it tomorrow after work.. can't be bothered now lol, It might actually be that.. because the noise Is coming from that area near the exhaust brackets and cat converter so I'll have a inspection tomorrow afternoon, Thanks for the info.
