Just as a side note... lifting the rear of the hood actually hurts airflow through the engine bay. While driving air will be forced INTO the engine bay back there, not out of it. It still gives you the "dorifto" look though.

+1

Also, you might regret putting that metal thing on the car in case someone uses it as a tow point and BAM! Bolt shears, sending it flying with a tether.

That's good to know

It only occurred to me since you said 'Panda', but are you trying to make it look like the Initial-D paint scheme(of the Trueno) minus the stickers/decals?

nahh man lolol.
im just obsessed with the panda paint scheme thats all

altough that is the car that got me into them.
the sprinter trueno from the live action movie (post formula atlantic swap) is my number one dream car..
id take that car over any other car in the world

and its not that that car is what im modeling it after.. there just isnt anything better looking than an old square bodied import sporting a panda scheme and yellow fogs IMO
ESPECIALLY 80's model toyota's

True that! Btw, that paint looks pretty good. Makes it look anodised, what is it?

i just grinded both sides to bare metal. primed, and painted with just regular gloss yellow automotive paint.

ive always liked the big shiny purple ones that stick out the front. mostly on hondas uk?.... but that just wouldn't look right on this car..
i think this looks super good enough to were it stands out if your looking it fromm an angle to notice, but its subtle enough to wear ppl wont scream RICER!! every time i drive buy. lolol
