Good luck. You'd be better off getting an actual dead altrac and swapping your motor in to start a project like this.

i was really thinkin about it. but i just cant let go of that clean body and paint.

and i cant really say if my motor is still good YET. it was knockin before it quit. but its not a rod knock cause i know how it acts when that happens. the first rod knocks didnt cause it to NOT start. its probably just my shitty tranny that wont let it pick up speed.

can anyone tell me how much is goin to have to be switched over?

You will basically need all the parts from an alltrac camry to the point where you might as well use one to begin with. Entire rear suspension, fuel tank, srive shaft, tranny, not to mention that you would need to modify your current trunk and floor board I believe. Even if you are up for modifying your floorboard and trunk you're better off going completely custom with an all out build. 3SGTE + RWD conversion using supra bits. Money would have to be no issue to pull that off. Your best bet is to find a clean all trac. The conversion isn't as easy as swapping parts.

Since I own both... ... ...

To do it right you need to swap:
- complete floorpan from firewall back
- rear suspension
- rear subframe
- gas tank
- fuel and brake lines
- rear wiring harness
- Lots of other bits and pieces

There are a few clean Alltracs around - it might take you a bit to find one, but they are out there...
