Stall speeds

I might have a problem, I drove a neighbors Camry, same powertrain as mine and it takes off much faster than mine, I have noticed that off a stop mine has very low RPM and crawls up to 3k, it shifts into all the gears ok but the converters stall speed is about 1600 if I am lucky, now the neighbors will stall to almost 2700 and it tries to spin a tire, mine wont spin tires in the dirt, my other Camry is a 5 speed and will run off and leave my auto car off a stop

The TC stall speed is 2200...2400 rpm; higher then that indicates slipping forward clutch lower then that mainly points to the engine problem (1300 rpm is for bad TC with failing to hold one way stator clutch or busted splines on the stator shaft, same like I saw).
Someone recommended"crawl on the curb test" which means the car even with a weak engine can climb on 4 inch curb under some acceleration, while car with bad TC will only make noise.
