87 Toyota Camry ? About how to tighten power steering belt?

Hello I have a 87 Camry manual 4 cylinder. I have 2 questions if you could please help me with them.
1 How do you tighten the power steering pump? If you have a website that shows instructions and pictures of how to do this that would be great.
2 How do you know if the power steering belt is not tight enough?

I just wedged an extension bar between the engine and the pump and levered it away. Deflection should be around 10-13mm with 100N force (or 10kg). A rule of thumb is the '1/4 twist' - it should be hard to rotate the belt more than 90*.

A word of advice, don't make several threads that relate to the same thing, keep it in one.
