Gen1 Gen 1 power window issue

Hi, my (Australian) '83 Camry's front passenger side power window will wind down from either the door or master switch, but will not wind up. I've pulled the door apart and cleaned the door switch with carb cleaner (and it is worn from arcing during normal use, but SEEMS like it should work...), but it still won't wind up. It is time to pull the driver's master control apart and clean it again anyway (because it's also playing up with one of the other windows), but before I put the passenger door together again, is there anything else that might be causing this issue? For example, could the window motor be half broken or something equally stupid?

Thanks.

OK, I took the switches in question apart and cleaned them, and now none of the windows are working...
any idea where the fuse / circuit breaker is for the windows?
