rough idle, stalling after hot start

Hey everýone! I have a 1990 v6 camrÝ with some idle issues. Once it gets past it's hot start she runs perfect. It only does this once in a while. I drive it about 15000 miles a year and it presently has 102569 miles.

I've cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the IAC, then replaced the IAC after thinking it would be faulty but it wasn't...still rough but it's not AS bad. I also brought the idle speed up to 700rpm. I've replaced plugs, fuel filter, and cleaned my K&N air filter.

I usually have to hold the throttle open for 10 seconds as the car shakes from the hot start rough idle and then I hear a click or tap and it idles normally and runs fine.

I'm stumped and so is my mechanic. I may take it to someone else to get more opinions. Any ideas guys/gals? Thanks!!!

Sounds like what happened to my 1990 camry. Turns out it was a bad ignition coil.
