it's under the rear deck there's 3 10mm bolts holding it on.. for my car w/o fold down seats i just take off the back of the seat and there's a panel u take off to get to the 3 bolts. i don't know how it is for the ones with fold down rear seats but look around there

I've got fold down rear seats and they're held on with 'button' fasteners near the rear seat backrests. You get a screwdriver and carefully pry them off. I ended snapping about 1/2 and gave up being careful. Then you need take out the rear brake light assembly. There were 2x 10 or 12mm bolts holding that on and the wiring connector.

Then you can carefully lift it away, take care with the seatbelt holders. There's a little slit in centre of it and it's very easy to snap one or both of them off.

There's also a plate on either side that's held on by one screw. You don't have to take it off but it gives you more room.
