alltrac strut options confused

I need a new suspension for my Camry alltrac. it has 228k on stock suspention. I have read on this site as much as I can. I am confused about my options, besides, the toyota dealer.
and the coil over upgrade.
I also have read about how alltrac celica users get struts, but not sure if this will work on the camry alltrac from http://www.alltrac.net/tuning/suspensionfaq.html

Any other suggestion or what to search, because i searched struts, shocks, alltrac, suspension, and coilover and have not been able to find a answer for a more stock like setup.
Thanks

Just a daily driver, that I plan on keeping for awhile.it has 228k miles, so if i ever need a new engine or trany i will probably do a 3sfe rav 4 engine and trany with the square spark plugs, just for a little more power. I would love to save for a 3sgte, but i am more of a "parts swap guy" not that great at more complicated stuff.
i want to use the all trac for when i drive on mountian snowy roads, and dirt roads/sandy roads.
I will never bring it to a trac or race it. maybe just drive a little spirited.

Ok then... Factory Toyota struts for the rear (yes, they are expensive), KYB GR-2 struts for the front, new strut mounts front and rear and you should be good to go.

Any of the other options will make the ride noticably stiffer.

If you can handle the stiffness of the suspension in any modern "sport" suspension car (think BMW 3-series with sport suspension), then coilovers are a nice option, though probably at least twice the price of just new struts. They will really only shine with bigger wheels and stickier tires though.

Oh yeah, and if you ever come out to CA, you can pick up my full stock setup for cheap. Everything was in good shape when I took them off.

I've looked around for cheap OEM Toyota parts and I've found this place to be the cheapest if it helps you any. I know parts straight from the dealer are expensive!!
