89 camry new problem

Ok so my CV halfshafts have been replaced after one broke, and I replaced the clutch while I was at it since it was slipping anyways....got the temp gage problem finally fixed after locating gauge sending unit and cleaning connection.

Now I have a new problem. When the car is cold it will start and run great. No issues at all, however after it warms up is another thing. If stopped or trying to accelerate after slowing and you hit the gas the engine will sputter and die, and you have to let it sit for 20-30 min before it will restart. If you ease into the gas it will hesitate and sputter some but you can ususally get it going.

I jumped the EFI and it is giving me a fault code of 51 which is a problem with A/C switch, neutral switch, TPS circuit, TPS or ECU.

I made sure the A/C switch was off and the transmission was in neutral. Will the TPS cause my problem when the eng is hot, but not when it is cold? Will the same thing apply to the ECU?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh yea this is an 89 Camry 2.0L 5 speed with a 3F-SE eng.

That is most likely a problem with the ignition coil. Test it and inspect for cracks or just replace it. It is located under the distributor cap.
