I am getting ready to start pulling in the parts to turbo my camry. And ive got a question. Will the internal waste gate on the ct26 operate properly at 5 Psi or will i have to make some changes on it?

The factory CT-26 wastegates opens at around 7psi. You cannot get it to go below that easily. It will not go above that unless you have a boost controller on there.
Of course, you can safely run a stock CT-26 if you just put a decent intercooler on there and make sure it is tuned right.

Sure you can just restrict the hell out of the exhaust system via cats.
Also depends what CT he is running. Supra or celica/mr2 etc etc

somewhat on topic question....would 3SGTE injectors fit on the 3SFE??
Ill be running boost soon, and im doing it right, not cutting any corners.
Would Supra Lime Green Top Injectors or 3SGTE injectors or the Stock injectors work?
Also what have people used to tune the car?
Apexi SAFC?

What year supra are you finding lime green injectors out of?
Apexi SAFC should be fine. Be sure to get yourself a wideband as well

You will probably want the smaller Supra N/A injectors. I think there is a 315cc one. Search around on threads of the 5s-fe turbo guys - you should be able to find the info there.
Stock on the car is just over 200cc, if I remember right. It will be hard to tune if you jump up too much in size.
You can even stick with the stock injectors for now and see where you need to go with the tuning after you get rest of the turbo system up and running...
