I'm back! Hello ALL

Hello everyone I am back..

I'm sure no one missed me or even knew I was gone. Well back in August of 2009 I did a full a/c job on my 91 camry V6. All went well. Except the very next morning my Transmission died on me!!!!

Anyhow I bought a transmission thru Jarco a month or so ago and finally towed the car up to work to actually work on the darn thing. All went well had the old one out in just under 2 hours and called it a night. Started working on it around 6pm and had it out by 7:52. As I was yanking it out I do believe a BROWN RECLUSE got me on the side of my neck so we'll see how that pans out.

Next day I brought a buddy to work with me to keep me company. Turns out he did most of the reinstall with my careful over sight. No problem it was his first except it took him 10 hours. Part of it was him getting ahead of himself and installing parts that didnt need to be installed right then.
Had to take it back apart to install parts in the correct order a few times. But none the less he wanted to learn how to do it more then anything.

While I had the transmission down I replaced the rear main and resealed the oil pan since I was there. So now every seal on the engine has been replaced.

Filled her up with fluids cranked her up and she runs a shifts beautiful. Just gotta code the flashing O/D light and fix that problem and do some other things like BOMB the inside of the car and then she'll be back on the road!!!

Everyone will see more of me agian!

Turns out the speedo isn't working. Could be the speedo cable not installed properly or at all will check it sometime soon. Would that be throwing a O/D light on? Dr.J any input?
