Okay so the headlights turn on the dashlights trn off. That's one. Two, the windows and locks stopped responding at the same time. Its rainy season down here in Florida and my front windows are stuck down. Where should I start looking. I searched briefly and found the rheostat may be bad with the dashlight issue, according to another thread. The locks and windows have me stumped. Fuses are all okay from what I see.

Here's my camry ^
Current: B+G Springs, KYB GR2 Struts, Erebuni Bodykit(uninstalled), 3SGTE/E52 swap, Crane HI-6S Ignition Box, Crane Timing Retard Controller.

The locks and windows share a circuit breaker, "30A Power CB". It's located in the left kick panel, and you may have to manually reset it if it tripped.
For the dashlights: Turn your headlights on. If the glovebox light still works, it's probably the rheostat. If the glovebox light doesn't work, check the 15A TAIL fuse (do your tail lights work?) and then the tail light relay. The circuit is set up so that if your tail lights fuse blows, you lose all your dashboard lighting.
Pushed in the little button on the circuit breaker and problem solved. Also found my Clifford black box in the process.lol surprisingly that breaker being reset also fixed my dash light issue so no new rheostat needed. Now I gotta figure out why the digidash lost the tach signal.

Could you give a good description of where you found that reset button on the circuit breaker?
On the top of the breaker there is a metal plate right in the middle of the plate there is a hole. If the breaker pops that hole will have a piece of plastic in it. Push that piece of plastic straight down till it locks in place and that resets the breaker.

Cool! By the way, is this circuit breaker on the inside of the cabin or in the engine bay?
