Rusted outer tie rod ends

I am trying to replace the outer tie rod ends, but it seems to be rusted in there, I can't get the nut to turn. I have tried to PB blaster the heck outta it. Any suggestions?

if you are using a hydraulic jack you can take apart the jack handle and slip a wrench inside the jack handle to use it as a 2-3 foot breaker bar. also never hurts to try to tighten it some first and then turn it loose, sometimes that extra squeeze breaks the rust loose. sometimes what I have had happen is that when i turn the bolt it also turns the stem inside the tie rod end. in those cases I either bust out a sawzall a grinder or even a hack saw. sometimes getting a big C clamp and compressing the top of the tie rod end to the bottom of the steering knuckle also helps in removing the bolt of the stem since it takes a bit of preassure of the bolt and also stops the stem from turning in place. this is all assuming that the cotter pin has been completely removed first. Big Fucking Hammer (BFH) also helps.
