Parts range for Gen 2 Cam's

I been going out to some junkyard's/wreckers lately to scrounge for parts for the Cam, and have been mostly looking at same model year Camry's as mine to get parts from.

Is there any other Toyota made cars that I can swap parts from? The ES250 of this model year is pretty much the same car, but it is hard to find around here.

BTW, I saw this little red mr2 sitting by the fence for sale by a salvage yard, it runs they assure me. Going to go take a look at it. This mr2 sparked my interest because I was originally out looking for parts for the Cam and just started wondering if I could swap from near similar model year Toyota's.

Cosmetic applications I know would work, like a mr2 front bumper (or will it? prob not..look silly anyway hah). What about engine parts, brakes, wheels, interior etc?

The ES250 front strut bar is a direct swap on your 89 gen2. i just picked one up recently for my 89 and it was only $18. All the ES250 body parts and interior are also interchangable, except for the back seat if your car didn't come with a folding one. As for the MR2, the AW11 chassis is completely different from the SV21 chassis so none of the body parts will work except for maybe the mirrors unless the bolt patterns on those are different. As for interior parts, perhaps a few dead switches would work in your 89 but other than that i'd just pick up the MR2 cause its a sweet low weight, great handling ride.
