Question 87 Camry, how to get to inside heater hose and "L" hose to heater control valve

I got the short elbow bypass coolant hose up front by dist., and the driver side heater hose to control valve, how to get heater hose next to it off and short L shaped one(looks like it has a cotter pin thru clamp/it??) to heater control valve on driver side firewall? They have factory clamps and I just cant get to them enough to swap them out!
Any hints would be great, and I think I may need offset/bent needle nose pliers to do it?

Also a single edge razor blade to cut the hose off if it won't pull off.
