master power window switch problem

i replaced this part 7 years ago with a brand new Toyota replacement..it was expensive!!...now its doing the same as the original part in that not controlling the drivers window[everything else works great].....anyone disassemble the switch and clean the contacts???

You can attempt to clean the switch and check the connection points for the switch. Depending on the style of the switch it could be a bad switch or a bad contact within the switch.

If this doesn't work you can get a replacement on ebay for 1/10th the price of what the Toyota dealer will charge you!!!
