hey guys, new to the site. have 86 camry 2.0lL auto w/ A140e transmission. are gen. II camrys or other gen.I toyotas compatable. solenoids, struts/shocks, springs, cv axels ect... great site, alot of good info. thanks!!

I admit I know almost nothing about the first generation Camry. Hopefully someone that owns one or has experience with them can answer your questions.

i have owned my 86 camry for 3 years so i know a far amount about them. not to sure about the trans are interchangeable. the 2-se engine has nothing interchangeable on any of the newer models the 2-se came in from 1984-1986 in the camry's they also came in the celica in 86. some of the struts from the late 80's and early 90's will fit but if you want to go after market the 1986 corolla struts will fit and also the mr2's will fit.if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask.
