Noob asks: How to remove headlights and front bumper?

OK, before I bust something....

Can someone give me a quick hint on headlight removal? I'm talking the whole unit, not the bulb. I'll also take off the bumper when I'm in there.

Thanks!

I never realized there was that many steps to removing the headlights. On my 1990 Camry DX, I found it much easier to remove the black metal bracket that the headlight attaches to, then replace the headlight on a work bench or something. After a minor accident, I had to replace everything on the front of my car, so I've been through it all...

I fought those headlights trying to get them out of the car at the wrecking yard, but discovered it was much easier just to take the entire bracket they were attached to...
