Oil dripping onto exhaust?

after highway speeds (45-65 mph) for like 10 minutes, i can see faint white smoke coming from under the hood. it clears after about a minute of sitting. im guessing the wind is blowing the oil onto the exhaust manifold on the back 3 cylinders and its burning on the manifold?

would fixing this be replacing the gasket?

also the power steering is leaking from right where the reservoir and the lower tube meet, anyone else had this problem?

id fix it. my buddy had a RHD Silvia with an SR20 that burnt to the ground because of power steering fluid dripping on the exhaust.

any leaks should be fixed
