2nd Generation Stalling, hard starting. Video inside.

I already searched and i couldn't find any threads that were the same as my problem.

Stalling...

Sitting in P, N or any D range, when the engine is warm, I can induce a stall by holding the rpm's at 1500-2000 for a few seconds then letting off. I can also do it if i slowly feather down the throttle from 2000rpm. (See attached video)

It occasionally will stall after climbing a hill (rpm's are a constant given value for a few seconds).

I have been to my local trusted toyota dealer and they can not replicate the problem (i even did it right there at the shop).

Starting...

After the engine is warmed up, if I stop the car, wait a few minutes then start it again, it will sputter while starting, and occasionally stall after putting it in gear.

my camry did it today, i lost all electronics somehow, and i think the EFI computer reset its memory, so the car ran a little rough and came close to stalling, but nothing too serious.

Have you checked the vacuum at idle, the injectors, the fuel lines, etc? basically look for problems that will be remedied by RPM's. Usually pressure systems and delivery systems. As things age on my car, i notice they fail to do their job under the "easiest and most used circumstances" such as idle control and repetitive daily functions of the car. is the throttle idle screw loose?
