Headlamp Dissasembly ?

Hey all;

I recently went to get my car's fitness passsed at our depot here and the examiner pointed out that one of my headlamps appears to have a colored bulb in it. I had to correct him, and showed him that the reflective housing inside the headlamp has some rust on it, which makes the headlamps appear to be a bit red.

I was wondering if the light can be pulled appart to reach this housing. also, if this can be done, what can i do to remove this rust? or is it better i get another headlamp?

If you where to get it opened and were able to get the rust out it would more than likely just come back and possibly come back even worse. Best bet would be to just get a new headlight.
