Control arm bushing DIY potential interest

I replaced the lower control arm bushing, where the sway bar passes through, on my 1990 Camry LE 4 cylinder sedan. My drivers side was totally shot. I will be doing the passenger side within a week or two. I can take pictures explaining the process if anyone is interested. If no one responds responds ill assume I'm the only idiot replacing bushings lol I know a lot of people just replace the whole lower arm. It was fairly straight forward.

Steps I followed:
  1. remove tire of side to be replaced.
  2. Remove cotter pin of ball joint castle nut, seperate ball joint from lower control arm
  3. using 22mm socket and a breaker bar, loosen up nut on the end of the sway bar and the other nut that holds the control arm to the vehicle
  4. Remove two bolts and two nuts that hold the subframe brace and control arm stud bracket to car
  5. Finesse parts around and remove lower arm
  6. Use air hammer and chissel point to drive out one side, then the other (not to bad actually). Takes a few tries to get the metal lip bent out a little to use that as a hammering point
  7. I used a shop press to install the new bushings, however I feel like using a vice, clamp, or even a hammer and a block of wood could be used in a pinch

I've heard stories where people burned their old bushings out of the control arm...

I'd would buy a new arm + bushings, but no one sells it with the arm and bushing for the Gen1. I gotta do mines too, so gaaaaa. I just am dreading getting the old bushing out of the control arm

I got the bushings from rockauto.com

I took pictures as I went. I just need some quiet time to write it up. Not hard to do. Air compressor and air hammer recommended (I used a husky cheapy from home depot). If you have a vice I would imagine a chisel and minisledge hammer could be used. Would take some elbow grease, but seems possible.
