barley starts when cold?

91 camry dx. Runs good except these last couple of mornings its been very cold. id say at night below 0. it sounds very week starting. then when it starts, it doesnt die or bog but it misfires occasionally if u listen too the exhaust for a minute or 2.

car is now throwing a code (blinks once, then 2 blinks. repeat)
seems to be a distributor code? i was hoping that wasnt a problem.
it wasnt throwing a code and i had the shop replace a coolant hose i couldnt get too. checked codes and its throwing now. also had them clean maf sensor. any ideas?

i had the battery tested before and it was good just weak on charge.
have it charged ?

Are you saying the battery turns over (cranks) the engine very slowly when you try to start it or are you saying the car starts but it takes a lot of cranking to start it and then it runs at a very low RPM once it starts?

the battery seems to crank it slowly. but starts up pretty roughly after about 4-6 seconds. seems weak to start but always does.

Since you say you had the battery tested and "it tested good just weak on charge", I would try to charge the battery from an outside source. Then see if that improves the starting. If it doesn't, I would next test the "cold start time switch" for being in range. To do that you will need as digital volt/ohmeter and the specs from any manual.
