89 camry/no overdrive,blower,shift indicator lights,etc.

the other night i was manually shifting out my 89 camry. stupid i guess. just wanted to see what she would do. i disengaged the overdrive button on the shifter, pulled the shifter down into low and took off approximately 3/4 throttle and shifted out into 2nd and then into third.....i was give or take at about 100 mph and decided that was enough and let off the gas and re-engaged the overdrive button. i soon relized that over drive was not there. the o/d off light went out on the dash when i re-engaged it like normal but i also noticed that the tranny normal and power shift ligt wasn't on either! then i relized that all at the same time my blower motor was'nt working, seat belts were stuck in the forward position after getting back in the car and the gas hand appears to be not working. it shows the amount of gas that was in it after everything stopped working. cause the next day i put $15 in it and it didn't move.
is there a fuse or something that could have blown or what?

I would check fuses first just because its easy.
probably shouldnt of did that obviously, but hey shit happens lol.

check tranny fluid see if its brown or burnt smell?
couldnt of been good for it.

its gotta be electrical though. i wouldnt definitly look into ALL fuses.
could of blown one of the big boys.

sorry if that wasnt at all helpful. figured id shed some obvious light.
sometimes thats all ive needed to fix my problem. just overlooking simple things.

hopefully its just a fuse or something minor.

thanks brother! yeah that is the first thing i should have checked. i posted up the problam and then went outside and started checking the fuses under the dash. sure enough, a dad gum 7.5 gauge fuse was shot. replaced it and everything is back to normal. i came in and just now read your post. so thanks for taking the time to try and help bro! now if i can fix the dang sealt belt problem. sometimes the driver side will go forward when getting out and sometimes not? got any solutions for that one?

plus i guess i need to check the rotors and all that due to a bad shimmy shake thing going on when you hit the breaks. i know i am going to have to change the cv axle on that side as it is popping and carring on. see i just got the ol girl and trying to get the bugs worked out of her. she's got 250k but runs like a soing mach. i didn't think i was going to like the car as i did some swapping for my 4x4 f-150 due no job and needing some better gas mileage to look for work and get back on my feet. drove it from here in nashville tn to columbs ohio to obtain a birth certificate and damn! 40 miles to the gallon. i couldn't beleive it when i hit columbus and still had a solid 1/4 tank left. sure blew my fuse. so i decided maybe this ol girl might stay around for a while. anyway...thanks again.
