Then do a jiggle test of the wires and see if that makes a difference. Pull the speed sensor out and check the plastic gear for wear or broken teeth. The speedometer solder points on the back are known to crack and flex and cause similar symptoms (there was a TSB on it). You could take it out and re touch the solder points with a fresh solder. __________________ It worked fine until I fixed it!
