Rear motor mount

I know this might seem dumb but id like a quick verificaiton/quick help lol.''

my engine jerks into drive, reverse is good for most part.

it feels like its jerking from under me. i checked the rear mount.
and only the passanger side has this lighter grey stopper between it and the two metal brackets. i mean about less that a inch wide all the way to the far left.

and also ive been getting this squeaking noise. i dont think its a belt though. because it sqeaks a little thoughout the driving range. but sqeaks mostly when going over bumps. (bad struts too) and when car shuts on. at idle it doesnt and when im hand pushing the throttle it wont squeak.

just making sure a mount can sqeak? its more of a bed spring sqeak than a sqeal.
