changing ATF in 90 Camry

My 90 Camry manual recommends Dexron-II but has this been superseded by something in the past 20 years? This will be my first try at changing my own transmission fluid. Is there a crush washer on the ATF plug? Is it a special part or just the same as the oil plug washer.

They're up to Dexron-VI now. It's backwards compatible. Yes there is a washer. It's not the same as the oil plug washer. It's not a crush washer, so it's reusable, though it's probably worth it to change it.
