Yea, and it's a base trim (DX) with power options only too. I gotta say, it's in good shape...all the ones on this island are all rust buckets.

But yeah, for the most part, the sun and salt levels here kill most of our cars :/

Yea.
The ONLY GEN1 I found that had MINIMAL rust (Only had rust on the sunroof panel) was actually shipped in from CA in 2000...soooo yea. I lost an deal of a lifetime to buy it too...regreting it , but at the situation I couldn't afford to get it.........

Well, it is what it is. I haven't seen a Gen 1 over here in years. Just the crapload of Gen 2s haha

I'm in Honolulu and my 88 LE has no rust and in great mechanical condition with tons of receipts for repairs and parts. But then I shipped it from Los Angeles to Hawaii a year ago. Paint is real awful though but thank god for good A/C! Looking to sell in the coming months.
