Constant loss of power on camry 1990 2.0 dlx

Hi guys! I need your advice. I can't figure out what is going on with my car. It climbs uphill with no more than 40 mph, and it takes so much time to speed up on the highway. I changed spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, put new cat converter, put new coolant temperature sensor, cleaned throttle body with special spray, cleaned air mass meter with spray. I'm not a car pro, but to me it looks like it's not a electrical(wires, distributor or smth) problem.
Car has new starter and battery, starts every time(except when its 0-10 degrees outside,)
Fuel mileage for 2.0 car is horrible. On 13.5 gal full tank it made 300 miles.
Also a bit weird thing. In camry manual I read about resistance specifications for air mass meter between terminals VC-E2 should be 3000-7000 Ohms, but I read about 280 Ohms. I even went to a junk yard and measured 4 or 5 camrys, the same thing - 280. All 5 mass meters are bad? Any ideas?
When I connected TE1 and E1 terminals computer showed no error codes.
When I connected +B and FP terminals(to check fuel pump operation), I heard fuel going thru lines, like it should be(I didn't checked pressure though).
And also, does anybody know where is ECU connection?
Thank you.

Sounds like timing... Check compression, as well. If it's low, pour 1 tablespoon of Marvel Mystery Oil into each cylinder and recheck compression. If it goes up, rings. If it stays the same, valves.

First I thought it's a cat converter, then that it's a fuel filter at the fuel pump(inside the tank) But I have absolutely no desire to take tank off and replace pump/clean dirty filter(replacing leaking power steering hose was enough for me, ha-ha), so I'll just bring the car to autoshop on friday for diagnostics. Will let you know about results.

So I went to the shop on friday. After 1.5 hours the guy came out with no results. He said, our technician took it for a test drive and, yeah, you need to push acceleration pedal a bit more(Daaa!), and we don't know what it could be, maybe we should check compression. Also he recommended to change wires and distributor cap.F*k! Useless idiots! The same day I bought compression tool, checked compression. one cylinder was low, about 115 psi. Then I asked friend to adjust timing. He did. Looks like car got more power, but still not enough. Looks like I need new valves & oil rings(((
So one thing I see clearly: that shop is useless.
