Rear 3 point belt retrofit

I just bought an 87 wagon, & I really like it. One of the few complaints I have about the car is that it only has lap belts for the rear seat. This is an issue for me since I drive my kids around in the car a lot.

I noticed that some of the later Gen 2 cars have 3 point belts in the rear seat. Can anyone give me some input as to whether or not it's possible & what it would take to properly retrofit 3 point belts to the back seat of my car?

On a less important issue, has anyone ever retrofitted conventional seatbelts in place of the motorized shoulder belts in the front? Mine work fine, but I find them a bit annoying.
