Hey everyone,
I have a 1991 Toyota Camry i want to slam on the ground and camber it like no other but I'm have troubles finding coil overs or springs that will lower it as far as i want anybody have any suggestion on where to find some id appreciate it thanks.

These cars don't lower well... You will only have about 1" of bump travel if you go down to 0 gap on the wheel well. And by that, I mean the tire will hit the fender well, not just hit the end of the strut travel. That's not to mention the handling problems that come from being at that height...
That said, there are a number of options... Cheap eBay coilover sleeves (use a '90-'93 Celica FWD fitment), less cheap Ground Control coilover sleeves (you can do this right or wrong depending on what you get), regular lowering springs (I think only B&G makes them anymore), or real coilovers (adapted from the '90-'93 Celica, again). You should also be figuring out your strut options (very limited).
I'll warn you up front though - you are traveling down a difficult path, and these are not Hondas...
Some of my old and current Camry:
(old, Intrax+Tokico)
(current, Alltrac with Tein SS coilovers)

There was nothing on it pretty much when I sent it over... (no engine/trans, dash, driver's seat, wiring, rear lights, etc.) The body only had a bit of damage behind the rear bumper cover on the driver's side.
Side marker lights are easy... A drill, a sheet metal nibbler (hand operated) and some time is all you need to place them on the fenders. Make sure there is sufficient room behind them for the wiring. I wired mine to the turn signals only - and they are the stock Toyota ones from the JDM ST205 Celica.

Thanks Charlie ,Ill look into it , a sheet metal nibbler? idk what that is , Jdm St205 celica, what does it look like ? what years? would i have to order the markers online ? do the import speed shops have em?or can it be found at the junkyard? The camry was just as you described it ..I noticed the fenders, but I decided to not get the fenders & save the cash for coilovers or new struts ..

You can buy whatever side markers you want. There are tons of aftermarket options, or you can search eBay, etc. for used stock ones from other cars. I got those with the front ST205 front clip, and figured the would work well.
